MENTOR`S BACKGROUND
Languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish Dag is an entrepreneur and an investor. He started his first company at 21 years old called Compudoc in Belgium, a ‘Geek-Squad’ type business that was the market leader for over a decade. Compudoc still exists and has performed more than 60,000 technical support interventions at more than 20,000 homes and businesses throughout the years. Other projects have involved, amongst other ideas, crowdsourced fast-food and a marketplace for online community managers. Flachet Holdings is a fund run by Dag which helps entrepreneurs bring their ideas to market and to scale their business. Projects of Flachet Holdings include Codific, where Dag is currently Chief Growth Officer. Codific builds SaaS solutions with a focus on cybersecurity and privacy protection. Dag has an executive MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from Flanders Business School and from Kellogg School of Management under a joint international program. He is teaching courses at Geneva Business School focused on real business cases where his students resolve actual business challenges for companies in need of help. Such cases have included amongst others, the design of a gamification layer for a user-generated content product of Softonic, a talent retention strategy for DMI international, an internationalisation strategy for an eSports analytics product at Fluendo. These case studies have been critically acclaimed by the industry and provided numerous career opportunities for graduating students. Dag teaches on the Barcelona Campus in Spain. Cancellation Policy
The Mentors are very busy professionals. They have their primary commitments associated with their roles and responsibilities in their respective fields. Utmost respect to the Mentors` time is strictly necessary. The Cancellation Fees are as follows: - 15% of the total amount if it is more than 30 days from the agreed session date - 30% of the total amount if it is 15 days from the agreed session - 80% of the total amount, if less than 15 days from the agreed session - Fees are not applicable if the conflict is from the Mentor`s end. Rescheduled sessions have a 20% added fee. Agreed sessions can only be rescheduled twice unless there is an exceptional reason and weighed per case basis. Missed sessions are non-refundable, except for a few exceptional reasons. A 30% refund for missed sessions with valid reasons (weighed per case basis).
