MENTOR`S BACKGROUND

Languages: English, Mandarin Dr Lucy Lin is an experienced pharmacist at Taipei Medical University Shuang Ho Hospital, Taiwan. She is responsible for training the pharmacists' ability in clinical practice, emphasising the ICU and speciality pharmacists. Dr Lucy Lin, who holds both a Pharmacist License in the United States and Taiwan, has vast experience working in the clinical hospital setting. When she was newly appointed as Clinical Pharmacist at Wan Fang Hospital, Taiwan, she was in charge to develop the clinical guidelines and training modules for the pharmacists. In addition to that, she also contributes her expertise in developing the mechanisms for the community pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care and monitor the quality of the care provided by the community pharmacists. She designs and implements series of continuing education on pharmaceutical care for pharmacists and establish the recording system to allow the pharmacist to document, and follow up with the pharmacists' interventions. Dr Lucy involves herself in teaching the junior or pharmacy residents. She percepts the residents under the ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency Programme, under Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Residency Rotation at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, United States. During her works, she gives talks and presentations to the Department of Pharmacy on clinical pharmacy topics which include Evidence-based Medicine (EBM) and SOAP Writing and case presentation.


Cancellation Policy

The Mentors are very busy professionals. They have their primary commitments associated with their roles and responsibilities in their respective fields. Utmost respect to the Mentors` time is strictly necessary. The Cancellation Fees are as follows: - 15% of the total amount if it is more than 30 days from the agreed session date - 30% of the total amount if it is 15 days from the agreed session - 80% of the total amount, if less than 15 days from the agreed session - Fees are not applicable if the conflict is from the Mentor`s end. Rescheduled sessions have a 20% added fee. Agreed sessions can only be rescheduled twice unless there is an exceptional reason and weighed per case basis. Missed sessions are non-refundable, except for a few exceptional reasons. A 30% refund for missed sessions with valid reasons (weighed per case basis).
